Our Recruitment

Our application process is quick and simple: apply online, answer a few questions and fill in some details then upload a CV and you are done. After this point typically you will go through an initial telephone interview, an in-person interview (if applying for the Engineering Talent Program) and a face to face assessment which could last anywhere from a few hours through to a full day. Here, in case of most engineering positions, we will go through a behavioral and technical interview, you will be asked to deliver a presentation, or take part in another job related activity and also given the opportunity to meet some members of the team and leadership.

National Instruments believe that the interview process is two way – its not just about us assessing you for the role, but also about giving you the opportunity to find out more about us and how we work.
